Why don’t TAFE teachers pool teaching resources and share?
Also what I don’t want to share (especially with privateRTOs)
Do you want to share?
As teachers we already share our knowledge with students – why not share with other teachers?

I work as a casual teacher where I have no contact with other teachers in my area so I find it hard to sometimes get the resources and ideas I need to give new and fresh learning. I think all of the new technologies that we ahve learned about in the workshop have given me some good ways to transfer information from teacher to teacher- podcasts are so much easier to document information; sometimes all I need is a lecture, or to hear how the students reacted to a particular activity so I have a fair idea before I go and do something similar.
