7. Evaluation

Coffee set up disappears

Minor (unlikely risk) Have coffee and tea set up prior to workshop. Purchase coffees from local shop.

Ensure Presenter has directions and has “promised to arrive” in advance of workshop.
  

Have team member(s) trained to run presentation.

Consider impact – probably not possible to delay start.

Ensure evaluation form presentable, quick to fill in – even if minimal responses.

Encourage completion.
