This plan is based on an assumption that the actual Workshop is conducted thus

3. Introduction to Workshop – group member
4. Workshop from Presenter (1)
5. Dinner break
6. Workshop from Presenter (2)
7. Evaluation
8. Workshop conclusion – group member

Minor (unlikely risk) | Have coffee and tea set up prior to workshop. | Purchase coffees from local shop. |

Ensure Presenter has directions and has “promised to arrive” in advance of workshop. Have team member(s) trained to run presentation. |
Consider impact – probably not possible to delay start. Reorganise structure if possible. Apologise and have team member(s) runs the session. |

Ensure participants given evaluation form in advance of submission. Ensure evaluation form presentable, quick to fill in – even if minimal responses. |
Encourage completion. Remind audience of evaluation prize. Do not force the issue.
