·                    Discussed email sent by Laraine re: previous week’s class discussion

-         clarified themes/titles

-         2 themes/ 4 names: Survival Toolbox & Learning Toolbox

 

·                    Discussion of venue:

-         OTEN at Strathfield

-         UTS

 

·                    Previously run workshop “World Café and Open Space” was tabled for class members to read

 

·                    Discussed needs analysis

-         needs analysis will be on workshop content not topic due to timeframe

-         group will need to refine workshop before conducting needs analysis

 

·                    Lengthy discussion on workshop theme and title

-         techniques used included flow charts, mind maps, brainstorming and defining terms

 

·                    Class decision on workshop
